Top level Laser systems like the Syneron / Candella options are not plug-and-play. They need to be delivered and installed by a qualified and experienced laser engineer. The need to be services prior to delivery and the rental company will need to keep them maintained during their stay. With out a minimum of between 6 and 12 months rental commitment at the outset, there is no way for this to be a viable option for them.
That said, if you can commit to the rental period and monthly payments (usually paid a month in advance with 2 months security deposit at the start) then you have the opportunity to make use of the distinctive Syneron and Candella brands at a mere fraction of the cost of a new Syneron / Candella laser.
