We can offer 4 types of service:

One off laser repairs- Emergency

The engineers that work through the Laser Market are able to travel UK-wide, and even further afield if required, to fix one-off problems with a range of laser and IPl devices. If we don’t list your device, don’t worry - get in touch - we may still be able to help. Our prices are transparent and honest. Normally with a telephone diagnosis we will have an idea of what the problem is and be able to dispatch an engineer to fix the problem in one go. This is not always the case, and we will keep you up-dated with our response at all times. Emergency repairs can be minimised with the addition of a Preventative Maintenance Plan, where we include in our agreement both annual Service visits, Call-outs and discount on parts. By performing a Preventative Maintenance visit, we can assess if parts are wearing out and replace them before they cause expensive damage and laser downtime.

Laser Parts -

Our engineers stock a wide range of parts for numerous laser and IPL devices; including Cynosure, Candela, Zimmer, Lumenus, Alma Soprano and Harmony, to name but a few, along with replacement hand-pieces for Alma and Lumenus. So if you know the part you need, get in touch.

Preventative Laser Maintenance plans -

This service is designed to help ensure your laser remains operational at maximum efficiency. By signing up to a Preventative Maintenance Agreement, our Laser Engineer will visit your premises and service the laser; cleaning the internal parts, checking the powers, lamps, hand pieces and accessories. With this thorough check, the Engineer can pinpoint any potential problems and we can give you a solution to rectify them which will cost a lot less then if the problems escalate resulting in an emergency repair. So a Preventative Maintenance Plan will pretty much guarantee to save you money and time in the long run.

Laser Maintenance - 

Laser maintenance includes emergency repairs, laser parts and preventative service and we have different levels of plans to suit your budget and to suit your laser or IPL systems. The plans range from a one-off repair to a basic service plan that covers a preventative service visit, discounts of call outs and discounts of parts. We also offer a plan where we include a call out as well! We can also offer fully inclusive service plans to cover all parts and labour depending upon your device.
